Abstract

Since there are no difficult-melting clays in our country, it was considered appropriate to prepare the ceramic mass composition for the production of clinker bricks by modifying easy-melting clays. The chemical composition of the material obtained on the basis of the selected ceramic mass (82% Ashagi Guzdak clay, 9% fireclay and 9% fly ash) was studied by X-ray spectroscopic analysis method. Based on the obtained chemical analysis, the phase composition of the ceramic material was calculated. Also, the mineralogical composition of the ceramic material was studied using the X- ray analysis method. It was determined through the above-mentioned physico- chemical analysis methods that 87% of the composition of the material was composed of the crystalline phase, and 12.7% was composed of the amorphous phase.
