CONSIDERING ARCHITECTURAL-PLANNING PRINCIPLES WHEN CREATING RESORT, RECREATION AND TOURISM ZONES IN THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

Abstract

In this article, recreation and tourism zones play an important role in the resort resources of Azerbaijan, and at the same time, the current situation, organization and development of the resort- recreation system are discussed. The article also provides statistical information about resorts and sanatoriums. The article also mentions the creation of resort-recreation, treatment- health and tourism zones based on the existing natural- climate and nature-landscape zones in Azerbaijan, as well as the assessment of potential conditions and solutions for this. At the same time, it was mentioned the importance of considering the principles of architecture and planning during the organization of the resort- recreational zones to be created. Also, the requirements and conditions that must be taken into account when building resort- recreation centers are reflected in the article.
