The people of Azerbaijan have a rich, centuries-old history, marked by numerous acts of
heroism. Due to its natural and geographical conditions, the territory of Caucasian Albania is one of
the most favorable regions on Earth. Situated in a temperate climate, this area has long been a center
of civilization. Throughout their historical development, the Azerbaijani people have made significant
contributions to the world's cultural heritage, creating a distinctive and advanced material and
spiritual culture. Architecture, as an art form, is not only an expression of talent and emotion but also
one of the fields in which the Azerbaijani people have achieved exceptional artistic excellence.
Numerous architectural monuments convincingly demonstrate that the territory of Caucasian Albania
was one of the centers of ancient civilization.
