STYLISTIC CHARACTERISTICS OF COUNTRY HOUSES IN MODERN ARCHITECTURE

The article examines and analyzes priority directions, innovations and dominant styles in the field of design and construction of low-rise residential buildings in modern architecture. There are shown characteristic features of architectural styles and the main building materials and structures. Also, there are emphasized the role and importance of the natural features of the region where it is built, the culture, lifestyle and way of life of the people living in the design and construction of individual residential buildings. It is noted that in the current period, low-rise private residential buildings of cottage or dacha type have become widespread in the city of Baku, both in the central and middle zone, and in suburban areas, are revealed the main features of construction experience and the importance and place in the work of modern domestic architects.
