Abstract

The article talks about measures taken to meet the needs of the population of the Republic of Azerbaijan for housing at a higher level. The authors attempted to analyze in detail a number of factual materials characterizing the state's implementation of apartments sold to citizens at relatively low prices by compiling a table. Based on the analysis, it was concluded that the share of state property in the volume of commissioned residential space will reach 13.1% in 2021 (-2.1% in 2019, 6.7% in 2020) shows the strenthening of the state social policy. state reflects that it is strengthened. Another issue that attracted attention in this analysis was the increase in the share of apartments built at the expense of citizens’ personal funds, from 19.8% to 75.5% in 2019-2021. The article also assessed the improvement of living conditions of low-income families using the funds of the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan as a noteworthy result.
