In the article, the questions of the long-term perspective of construction, increasing the
country's economic potential are explored; creation of basic funds for production and non-production
purposes; the growth of monetary income and the attraction of additional investments,
implementation of large-scale construction and reconstruction projects; introduction of high
technologies in production and processing, construction of "smart" cities and villages, etc. in the
Karabakh region.
