Eco-greening of cities plays a crucial role in sustainable development and enhancing the livability of modern urban environments. With rapid urbanization and increasing environmental pollution, creating green spaces, adopting eco-friendly technologies, and fostering public engagement in environmental issues have become top priorities. Eco-greening aims to improve quality of life, restore natural balance, and establish sustainable urban ecosystems. This article, “Ecological Aspects of Urban Environment Formation in Baku,” is particularly relevant given the city’s rapid population growth, urbanization, and pressing need for sustainable development.
