THE ROLE OF THE LANDSCAPE FACTOR IN THE COMPLEX DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN URBAN ARCHITECTURE

The article discusses the role of the landscape factor in the integrated development of the
architecture of modern cities, the influence of landscape architecture on the ecological situation, the
principles of the formation of cities with healthy and aesthetic qualities. In the course of the study,
the influence of landscape architecture samples on territories with different climatic conditions,
environmental requirements imposed in the process of construction or urban development was
determined. As a result of the analysis, the main factors in the process of designing the functional
zones of modern cities were identified. In subsequent years, points were identified for consideration
in the direction of increasing the positive impact of the landscape factor on the master plan of modern
cities. At the end of the study, we come to the conclusion about the importance of designing samples
of multifunctional and extensive landscape architecture for the development of modern cities from
the socio-economic and cultural-historical points of view.
