ON THE PRESENT STATE OF THE MATERIAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGE OF THE REGIONS OF AZERBAIJAN RELEASED FROM THE OCCUPATION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the current state of the material and cultural heritage of the regions of Azerbaijan liberated from the Armenian occupation. The damage caused to the architectural monuments of the occupied territories of Karabakh as a result of the occupation by Armenia is considered. The ruins observed in the historical and architectural structures of the cities of Jabrayil, Zangilan, Fizuli, Aghdam, Gubadli, Shusha, Kalbajar, Khojaly and other settlements are considered. The Armenian falsification of architectural monuments is shown. The problems of preserving the architectural heritage during the restoration of these settlements are analyzed.
