Abstract

The construction of multi-storey monolithic reinforced concrete buildings in our republic has a high development rate and good potential for future development. Among a number of socio-economic issues, this is important in the organization of the cheap housing market. It is possible to ensure the continuity of the construction work of multi-storey monolithic reinforced concrete buildings and the efficient use of resources by applying the flow theory. It determines the relationships of construction processes in time and space, reveals the time reserves between them, which ensures efficient management of construction production. In the construction of multi-story monolithic reinforced concrete buildings, it is important to apply the flow method to ensure the continuity of construction work, but the methodology of applying this theory has not been sufficiently developed. The influence of random factors along with organizational-technological factors on the organization of the construction of multi- storey monolithic reinforced concrete buildings by the flow method has not been sufficiently analyzed. Therefore, the lack of scientific and theoretical foundations of the organizational and technological design of monolithic reinforced concrete frame buildings makes it necessary to investigate the possibilities of organizing the construction of these buildings by the flow method.
