Abstract

The essence of the development of effective automated diagnostic systems with modern programs has been explained in the article. Creating intelligent electric power systems and working with new programs is important for reducing operating costs, ensuring reliability and minimizing inevitable losses. Detection of defects with modern programs, more effective and compact diagnostic methods, as a non-destructive diagnostic method, allows reducing the number of accidents, detecting defects at the initial stage, increasing the service life of cable lines, and rational planning of repairs. The use of modern complex systems, control capabilities and methods in automatic and dispatcher control, show the advantage of applying synchronized vector measurements.
