CONFIGURING INPUT AND OUTPUT MODULES OF PMK DEVICE USING MAX22000

Abstract

The replacement of manual labor with production automation equipment has played a major role in the development of human society. Currently, practically all complex technological processes have been completely automated. In our modern era, one of the automation equipment used in industrial automation is programmable logic controllers (PLCs). PLC systems have inflexible fixed-function IO cards (analog input, analog output, digital input, digital output) for longer deployment and installation schedules and future field upgrades. By implementing the MAX22000 and MAX14914A devices in this work, it offers modular flexibility for PLC systems by enabling analog or digital, input or output functions on the same port for devices using configurable input and output.
