THE ROLE OF MODERN RESIDENTIAL COMPLEXES IN THE ORGANIZATIONOF A MEGAPOLIS CITY

Abstract

In recent years, the issue of improving the ecological state has become relevant in all megacities of the world. As a result of the increasing rate of urbanization in various cities, the number of high-rise residential buildings is increasing and the number of vacant lots is decreasing. This, in turn, affects the visual silhouette of the city and the urban planning solution. Active processes have not bypassed the largest city of the Republic of Baku. In recent years, existing high-rise buildings have been reconstructed and new high-rise buildings have been built. Although the designed buildings have different purposes (administrative, multifunctional, etc.), this series includes mostly residential buildings. Of course, for the correct formation of an urban planning solution, there must be a smooth transition between all designed residential and public buildings. At the same time, buildings with different functions should form the correct urban silhouette, forming a unity.
