Abstract

The essence, features and characteristics of marketing relations, intellectual and industrial property in the intellectual product market, which is one of the most important economic problems of the market economy, are analyzed in the article. Marketing analysis of an intellectual product acting as a commodity requires a special approach. Here, it is very important to distinguish between intellectual and industrial property and take into account their specific characteristics. It should be noted that a component of intellectual property is industrial property related to intellectual activity in the field of material production and related fields. More fully, intellectual property means the results of scientists, researchers, other specialists, participants with certain innovations and intellectual activity protected by copyright.
