In recent years, with the development of technology, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have been widely used in photogrammetric work. With the use of UAVs, it is possible to perform tasks such as drawing up a topographical plan of the area, preparing a digital surface model in a short time and economically efficiently. In the study, the positional accuracy of orthophotos obtained by means of UAVs was investigated. Thus, the positional accuracy of orthophotos obtained at different heights and with different photographing angles was compared. For comparison, the coordinates of the inspection points placed in the area were determined by GNNS receivers. As a result, taking into account the photographing angles, the point position accuracy of the orthophotos obtained using the 450 photographing angle was high. When evaluating the photographing heights, the point position accuracy of the orthophotos taken at a height of 60 m and a photographing angle of 90° was the highest.
